Still, as a seller, you can still benefit from reading about buyers’ concerns: you may come to see how the other side views the transaction. As well, as a buyer you should know what sellers go through. You will benefit if you know how to tune in to the other prospective partners to your deal.

If it’s a newspaper, you might want to be kept in the loop.
