If buying or selling real estate is in your future, then it would be beneficial for you to know more about it. There are articles on this website that are geared towards buyers, sellers or both. We also discuss rental situations and more.

Buying or selling real estate is not like rocket science - but there's more to it than just jumping in and hoping for the best. Learning more about it is a possibility.
You can pick and choose what’s important to you and you can skip over articles that may appear to be of less relevance. Still, as a seller, you can still benefit from reading about buyers’ concerns: you may come to see how the other side views the transaction. As well, as a buyer you should know what sellers go through. You will benefit if you know how to tune in to the other prospective partners to your deal.
On-line real estate information of various kinds is available on this website – with links provided to many further sources. All free of charge – no subscription required.
At least one fresh article is added to this website every day. The blog pages follow the style of a forum, in that readers can add comments and ask questions. Many blog articles interweave to and from each other, providing an environment that can go almost as deep into any real estate related topic, as you’d ever want.

You can talk to a sales person and if he or she is a good one, you can learn a lot just by listening or asking the right questions. Or are they just trying to make a quick sale?
GATHERING INFORMATION ON THE WEB
People have noticed that acquiring real estate information on-line is easier than ever. There’s no longer any need to talk to an agent today for basic information! This website’s blog pages talk about market trends, legal issues surrounding real estate (of which there are many), moral dilemmas, statistics, mortgages, marketing developments and even the occasional off-topic blog article.
How do you keep informed in real estate? Just a regular run over the most recent blog article postings on this website will give you a pretty good idea. Installing a Blog Reader is definitely the easiest way to dig in, right when and where you want to. It takes seconds to install it and it’ll save you loads of time later on (trying to locate the blog service). An excellent Blog Reader is www.google.com/reader. If you aren’t already set up with Google services, it takes seconds to subscribe. If you’re already with Google (for instance g-mail), it goes even quicker.
At the top left of the “Google Reader” welcome screen, you see the “Add a subscription” button. This is where you insert http://mennorealty.myubertor.com/rss and you’re instantly connected, each time you open the Google Reader. Many people use it to keep up with the news here and in other countries, stock reports and now also … these real estate updates from the BC Sunshine Coast.

General information should be readily available, archived logically, precise and to the point. There are many topics you may wish to know more about.
WHAT AN RSS READER DOES
The reader keeps track of what you’ve recently read in a separate column – ideal if you want to come back to it later on. Reading this real estate blog does not mean you have to “log in” to the website each time. With an RSS feed, you can comfortably have it in a corner of your computer for when you want to see it.
You don’t have to subscribe to these web pages, you may. The benefit is that the newest information is immediately available without having to look for it. If you don’t subscribe, you can come back at your convenience. In that case, you may want to bookmark the main page of this website for easy revrieval.

The beauty of RSS is that it's available when you need it. RSS, to a somewhat limited point, is moving into the place of newspapers and magazines.
RSS – AS SIMPLE AS THAT
RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication. And simple it is. There’s no requirement to use Google Reader, there are many others such as http://www.feedreader.com/ and http://www.rssreader.nl/
Of course, there are specific iphone readers as well. The following forum gives you ideas of which one to pick: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=932206
iPad is ideal for reading, so it would suit RSS feeds as well. To pick a good source, please check the following page: http://www.iphonealley.com/news/ipad-rss-reader-shootout
SmartPhones can use this page: http://www.smartphone-freeware.com/tag-reader.html and BlackBerry gives solutions here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/cust/rss_subscribe.jsp
As you may know, the website www.mennorealty.ca is now also available in a smartphone version. It loads quickly and efficiently, to the correct size of your (relatively small) screen. There will be no need to scroll endlessly to see everything, nor will you need to use the “enlarge” (zoom) function. It’s a great service, simple and effective.

RSS is available for desktop computers and laptops; but also for smartphones and pad-sized gadgets. RSS content can also be printed - if you like.
BENEFIT TO RSS
The benefit of RSS reader feeds is that you’ll be automatically notified of updates to the web content. If it’s a financial blog, it can be crucial to know when certain things are happening. If it’s a newspaper, you might want to be kept in the loop. With the Sunshine Coast real estate pages at www.menno.ca and www.mennorealty.ca, you’ll be informed of real-estate related developments, statistics, matters pertaining to the Sunshine Coast, market updates as well as new listing information. It’s like having your own real estate concierge!
As easy as it is to add an RSS feed to your reader, it’s even easier to remove one. If you don’t want it any longer, just delete it and that the end of it.
Remember the days when sales people would bother you at the most impossible times of day with “important information”? They’d call during dinner, during your favourite TV show, while you’re in the shower, at work or asleep. Sales people can be a tough bunch to beat – but with an RSS feed you got them where you want them: available when you need them, out of sight when you don’t need them. This is using the wealth of information that’s available on the Internet, to your benefit. Enjoy!

At the end of all blog articles here, we give a short list of recommended links to blog articles that might interest you as well.

Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m planning
to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a difficult time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for
something completely unique.
P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to
